I first got hooked on the dog homecoming videos but in the end they usually just jump around a lot and lick their owners :/ no matter how cute they were, it got kinda dry.
Human emotions and expressions are way more diverse!

Lizard Bites and Camp Woes
I friggin' got bitten by a garden lizard today during CCA camp ==
I caught this gorgeous garden lizard with awesome frills (it was a young one, though)
And everyone was freaked out when I brought it around.
Xy told me to go away lol (with the f-word even, though he meant no harm), but in his defense I actually put it right up in front of his face, which must have scared the shit out of the poor guy.
I don't understand how such a manly (looking) guy can be so afraid of something so much smaller than him.
He hates reptiles, insects, and amphibians, and I love them all!
Except cockroaches, who have an appearance not even their own kind can love.
Hmmm.
Oh, so how did I get bitten?
So anyway I was prepping the logistics (balloons and stuff) for the games later and holding the lizard in my left hand, which pretty much meant everyone sat at like about 2 metres distance from me cos they were terrified of it.
Like, get that away from me omg please don't bring it near me
Sighhhh will I ever find someone who appreciates my love for these creatures?
So somewhere then Jieminnie was like, hey, look, a spider-
and everyone knows lizards like insects yeah?
So I tried to make it eat the spider, and it kept turning its head away.
I persisted, and it got fed up, turned its head around, and bit me on my thumb.
It didn't hurt or anything, but I was hurt emotionally because no lizard has ever bitten me before, and I kinda felt betrayed... I'm not sure how I should begin to explain this.
Ummm, so anyway I let it go because I wasn't going to risk another bite, and I watched sadly as it ran off.
Then I went to disinfect the wound (not very deep) with hand sanitiser and wash it and slap a band-aid on.
Xy was super unsympathetic, even gleeful.
I think he feels like he just had his point proven and I'm going to be stricken with salmonella or whatever.
Actually, I think I'm still going to catch a lizard again next time.
I never do learn, do I?
(the same applies to cats and getting scratched/bitten)

Grumbles (should come up with better titles)
FINISHED GP TEST~!
Feeling kinda sad that I didn't write as much as I wanted to for AQ but I guess it's fine :/
I READ THE ARTICLE BEFORE! PART OF IT!!!
I KNOW THE MEANING OF PANACEA!! (cure-all, perfect cure)
GRRRRRRRR I should have watched the clock.
There I was watching it like a hawk for the first 40 minutes, then after awhile I forgot about it and Ms Sab was like, "Ten minutes left,"
And I shouted, "THAT'S NOT POSSIBLE! I'VE ONLY STARTED ON MY FIRST POINT FOR AQ!"
Of course I didn't say it out loud, dummy. I shouted it in my head.
So I panicked and started writing like a berserker and I have cramps in my right arm (added effect of writing plus P.E.)
Shouldn't have been so haolian to do thirty inclined pull-ups at one go when I haven't done any exercises to train my arms for two weeks ._.
I'm stuck at 195cm for standing broad jump and it's getting on my nerves!!
I want to be able to fly and clear 200++ cm!!
Xy cleared the mat today o_O
Told me proudly that everyone around him cheered (dunno how to describe the sound impressed guys make 'cos it's more of the 'whoaaaaaa, you sicko, how can people jump so far de' kind of exclamation)
Should borrow his frogs' legs on NAPFA day

And Matilda's abs for sit ups!
Did I mention I HATE, absolutely HATE 2.4KM?
And sit-ups, 'cos after that laughing becomes a chore and a pain.)

This blog is pretty dead
Funniest thing ever happened during CCA today.
There is this guy that I seriously can't stand (kinda an open secret now), because he's always acting as if he is really good at what he does and I have always wanted to tell him that it's not the camera that takes good photos- it is the person that takes good photos.
So anyway our teacher said it today (specifically pinpointing him) and I did an inner high-five with him! *cheers* You know the feeling you get when someone says what you have been feeling AND wanting to say for ages but couldn't?? SO MUCH WIN.
But but but that's not the best part.
Anyway I interviewed the VP (vice-principal) last year for the school magazine Montage and I asked this guy to tag along to take the pictures (since he is always walking around holding his camera, like the show-off he is), and anyway the teacher said (he was commenting on how some of our photos are unusable for the school mag)
*drumrolls*
"Who was the one who took the photos for the interview for Mr ___? The photos are totally unusable!"
*cue horrified expression from the guy and I nudge XY beside me, who promptly bursts out laughing*
(and so did my CCA leaders and the guys in the back row *accusatory glance* )
And his reaction-
(b....b...but I thought... I thought the photos were okay... (insert CCA leader's name here)... you saw right? They were okay!)
AHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA.
I CANNOT EVEN...
PAYBACK.

Valentine's Day is tomorrow, by the way.
Actually girls don't really want flowers (most of them). Pretty things that die in a week and make a mess all over our room and stink after that. At least chocolates are practical okay!

Audience Stats!
I recently discovered that you can track where your pageviews are coming from!!!
And I discovered that the top views come from..... *drumrolls*
Excepting Singapore, my home country (friends visiting and all, with 461 views)....
RUSSIA! With 59 views.
Wow.
I mean, I barely know anything much about Russia but thank you so much, Russia Internet people! :D
(sounding quite retarded here)
And Belgium and Israel, God bless them cos' they're going through bad times now.
I think it's quite awkward if you're surrounded by countries with a strong dominant other faith.
I even get really unique countries like Latavia and Belarus :o
My other blog gets the usual traffic of the US and South Korea, etc.
If only I had some traffic from some far-flung country so I can introduce wonderful products and stuff....
But I guess it's because the target audience is different.

Holidays
Wow, seems like blogs are more or less obsolete now.
My last post was in.... July? :/
I have noticed, however, more and more fashion blogs popping up! With divas and princess-y rich people who buy products every other day from famous brands, try them out and write reviews, whether they recommend it and why. Whenever I read such blogs I am always consumed with a green cloud of envy and feel like beating them up-almost! In my mind- (blast you, you rich beings who do not have to suffer like we commoners do! You must look down on us bourgeoise with such pathos!)
On an entirely random note, I recently discovered the adjective of pathos is pathetic. I wouldn't have known they had the same root word. ._.
And I have to do my ELL homework!
Oh wheeee.

Phineas and Ferb are on at 7pm!
I love that show.
Wondering when you'll come back from Thailand. I want my Tom Yum chips.

Dentist of Doom
Hey guys!
Guess WHAT,
I went for my dental appointment yesterday because my teeth have been feeling sensitive of late.
So apparently I have some mutant virus that ate up part of my teeth, but it has been drilled out (yes, seriously, with a teensy drill) and filled up with some sour powdery thingy (I was expecting a filling)
So no more sweets- at least, not so much sweets- for the time being and I should be okay.
But I have to admit I cried halfway, and that I grabbed on to the dentist's hand and wouldn't let go, like a *whisper* ....baby. Ashamed.
I really pray I'm not going back for checkup anytime soon.

Superficiality
Oh my gosh Blogger's got itself a new layout!! (prime example of personification lol)
At first I was like, Oh WOW how do I use this but now I realise they've configured it to be something similar to the mobile version o_O Pretty slick and confusing for the IT-noob that I am, but I think I'll survive.
You know, I have recently discovered that keeping a picture diary is tons better- albeit easier- than keeping a blog. Now I understand the joy that people get when they use Tumblr. However, the drug of my choice is Pinterest, and I confess I am thoroughly addicted. Any picture I see, humourous, cute, quirky or just plain sad quotes about life and love- they are all shipped to my virtual pinboard. The best part is, you can easily sort out all the 'pins' you have into neat little categories and people can access your photos and 'repin' them if they like your pins. Okay, this doesn't sound that cool up here but trust me, you'll love it. No, this isn't a sleazy advertisement to get you to buy stuff. Absolutely FREE!!
The Singaporean side of you must be raring to go sign up now. What? Of course you must sign up! Yes, go now.
You can access my profile. I don't think it's private or anything. But I must warn you, you might find me terribly superficial and materialistic (and my profile picture is the epitome of unglamness). Don't get me wrong, the only reason I post so much material possessions is simply because I can't get them and can only satisfy my cravings for all such junk online. Thou shalt not lust over what you have, but what others have - perfect to describe every person on the universe living in comfy homes and clothes and wearable shoes.
